TWO TECHNIQUES, THREE CARD STYLES

These three cards all started with the same technique but each finished project has a different style.

Water colouring was used to create the backdrop for the stamped sentiment which was heat embossed. It makes the stamping really pop.

The stamps are from my stash and I’ve had them forever! They are not Stampin’Up! Unusual for me, I know. But I was looking for a large sentiment to emboss for maximum impact with the watercolours.

Isn’t it interesting how the varied layers can change the look?
