MERRIEST MOMENTS MASKED CARD FOR 12 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS 2022 WEEK 3

Create a posy of poinsettias with this simple masking technique.Give the illusion of depth by stamping the first image that will be in the foreground.Create a mask by cutting the same image with the coordinating die.Cover the stamped image with the mask and continue to stamp until you get the desired look.

For this card, I cut several masks at once. That way, I could stamp the flower in two different sizes and cover more than one stamped image at a time. I left the masks on as I stamped the leaves as well. Work around the card edge to create the desired effect, moving the masks as you go.

Finish with a sentiment stamped in the white space. Stamp the flower centres, add some Iredescent pearls and Wink of Stella.

Layer onto a mat, and then onto the base card.

Don’t forget to decorate your envelope!
