FAVOURITE STAMP SET FOR A QUICK CARD

It's easy to get overwhelmed by the number of crafty options in my PaperLady studio - or the girl cave as some like to refer to it!

But I've recently discovered the Sending Smiles stamp set & it has a lot of greetings plus some lovely simple daisy stamps & leaf/stem options. I love the script font & the size of the "Sending" stamp, and the contrasting font for the smaller greetings.

For this card, I've used a piece of Designer Series Paper from the Countryside Inn pack, item #161467....did you know all our SU DSP is acid & lignin free......yep! The large greeting is stamped in Azure Afternoon ink, and so are the flowers, which I popped up on dimensionals. The stem/leaf is stamped in Old Olive, and the small greeting in Pecan Pie. The stamp set co-ordinates with the Sending Dies, so all the pieces are die cut, making it really easy to complete this card in a flash!

The inspiration for this card came from the current annual catalogue - it's a fabulous resource for ideas. If you would like a current copy, you can get one for free simply by placing an order or attending a class with me. If you'd like to purchase a copy, you can do so here. You can also view it online here if you prefer.
